The condor is basically a hole in one on a par five hole. Needless to say, it's extremely rare; according to Wikipedia, only five have ever been recorded and none of those was in a professional tournament. The most likely way for it to be achieved is if you cut the corner on a dogleg hole (and then, it has to be said, strike extremely lucky!).
A score of two on a par six, or three on a par seven, is more feasible in theory; but in practice, holes with a par score of more than five are themselves very rare.
